ANN ARBOR, MI — Hosea Hill was expecting to make his case for why he shouldn’t be evicted from his affordable housing unit at Hickory Way Apartments on Wednesday, Aug. 9, with the Ann Arbor Tenants Union rallying around him.
But after meeting with Avalon Housing leaders on Tuesday, they reached an agreement to have Wednesday’s eviction hearing in Ann Arbor’s 15th District Court postponed two weeks, so it was adjourned without any action in court, he said.
