ANN ARBOR, MI — Ann Arbor planning commissioners are giving first priority to high-density hub districts as they start a multi-year process to rewrite the city’s zoning.
“We do want to go to the most bang for the buck and get something on the map that will give us meaningful density,” said Lisa Disch, City Council’s liaison to the Planning Commission.
