JACKSON — On a rainy Withington Stadium track on Friday, the Lumen Christi boys won five events and the Titan girls took first in two events and second in three others at the Charlie Janke Invitational.
East Lansing swept both team titles, the boys earning 132 points and the girls taking 144. The Lumen Christi boys were third and the Titan girls were fifth.
“Everybody is having such a good day,” Titans distance runner Samantha Schroeder said. “I’m so proud of everybody and happy of everything they’ve accomplished so far, and I’m hoping everybody can keep improving from now until states.”…
