Ann Arbor-based supermarket chain launches expanded catering menu for summer events

ANN ARBOR, MI — Busch’s Fresh Food Market will roll out a revamped catering menu with themed meals, artisan baked goods and contemporary serving trays designed for graduation parties and summer gatherings, according to an April 29 press release.

The family-owned, Ann Arbor-based supermarket chain plans to debut the new offerings May 4 across all 16 southeastern Michigan locations. The menu will include Italian, barbecue and Mexican-themed dishes, along with fresh sushi platters and items from the company’s Clinton bakehouse.
