Case against man who struck, killed motorcyclist dropped

YPSILANTI., MI – The case against a man accused of fatally striking a motorcyclist with his car has been dismissed.

Timothy Schaden, 63, was ruled incompetent to stand trial on March 24 during a hearing before 14A-2 District Court Judge Karl Barr, according to court records. The case was dismissed on April 13 after the prosecutor’s office dropped the charges.

Schaden was accused of killing Jason “J” AtLee, who was riding his motorcycle on Huron River Drive when he collided with Schaden’s car near Foster Road in Ann Arbor Township, police previously said…
