5 hospitals seek input on healthcare needs in southeast Michigan

ANN ARBOR, MI — Hospital officials are asking residents in four southeast Michigan counties to help shape healthcare priorities by completing a community health needs survey open now through July 31.

Five Trinity Health hospitals in southeast Michigan — Ann Arbor, Chelsea, Livingston, Livonia, and Oakland — are conducting a joint survey for the first time to assess healthcare needs across Livingston, Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne counties.
