Ann Arbor brewery wins medal at World Beer Cup

ANN ARBOR, MI – Mothfire Brewing Company earned a silver medal at the World Beer Cup for its Panda hazy double IPA, marking the first time a Michigan IPA has received recognition at this level in over a decade, according to the company.

The Ann Arbor brewery’s award-winning beer was originally developed as part of its Canvas R&D series. The beer is an 8% ABV hazy double IPA featuring flavor notes of candied pineapple, pink Starburst and honeysuckle, along with vanilla and baking spice.
