Grapevine’s historic Main Street just picked up a new all-day hangout. Bon Bon Caffè, a European-style bakery and café from local restaurateur Paola Pedrignani, quietly opened earlier this month and is already covering just about every craving from sunrise to last call. Mornings lean toward pastry and espresso, midday brings panini and pinsa al taglio, and evenings shift into cocktails and small plates. Weekend brunch is set to roll out omelets and champagne towers, giving downtown another spot for early coffee runs and late-night aperitivos.
Menu, hours and where to find it
The menu sticks to the classics with a few indulgent twists: flaky croissants, house-made panini, Roman-style pinsa al taglio and gelato, backed by a cocktail list designed to carry guests straight from morning pick-me-up to evening wind-down. The café is located at 603 South Main Street #300/303 and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., per Bon Bon Caffè.
Bar program and opening plans
The drink side is not an afterthought. According to Community Impact, senior mixologist Becks Edgington said the bar is focused on elevated cocktails that skip well liquors in favor of higher-end spirits, pairing those drinks with charcuterie boards, pastas, and tapas-style bites. Community Impact also reports that the café officially opened on May 15 and that owner Paola Pedrignani is planning a grand opening in June.
From Stella to Main Street
Bon Bon Caffè is the latest project from Pedrignani, who also owns Stella Ristorante Italiano in Southlake. As outlined by Stella Ristorante Italiano, her restaurants lean into Italian aperitivo traditions, which helps explain Bon Bon’s all-day format and its emphasis on snacks and sips that stretch from morning coffee to evening cocktails.
What it adds to downtown Grapevine
The café slips into a busy Main Street scene that already includes long-standing restaurants, wine-tasting rooms, and the Harvest Hall food-hall complex, giving both locals and visitors one more option that works just as well for a quick espresso as for a lingered-over nightcap. Per Harvest Hall, Main Street serves as a hub for restaurants and festivals, which means new arrivals like Bon Bon Caffè tend to land in front of steady foot traffic…
