HURST, Texas – The Hurst Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect involved in an attempted burglary at a Hurst firearms store earlier this month.
According to police, the attempted break-in occurred between 3:17 a.m. and 3:35 a.m. on May 12 at Oakwood Arms.
Investigators said the suspect walked back and forth in front of the business several times before using a hammer to shatter the outer storefront glass. Despite damaging the front of the store, the suspect was unable to get past the burglar bars protecting the entrance and ultimately left the scene empty-handed…
