FORT WORTH, Texas — Four Fort Worth residents were displaced from their home last night after a large fire in the pouring rain early Sunday morning, officials said.
According to the Fort Worth Fire Department, crews —including many rookies about to graduate this Friday — were called at about 1:30 a.m. to the home in the 1200 block of East Davis Avenue.
Upon arrival, FWFD said crews found heavy fire coming out of the back of the home. Some crews started putting out the fire with hoses while others searched the home for people still inside…
