Fort Worth-based Valor has closed a Series B round of capital investment backed by a group of prominent Texas business leaders and families, positioning the company for expansion in artificial intelligence, operational capabilities, and acquisitions.
The funding round was led by Cisco executive Ladd Wilks, the Moncrief family of Fort Worth, and the Lamb family of Midland, according to the company. Valor did not disclose the amount raised.
