Hotel Revel, located in Fort Worth’s ever-growing Near Southside district, is hitting the real estate market.
The four-story hotel, which was designed by Fort Worth-based Ibañez Shaw, opened in 2020 as a boutique offering near the Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center at 1165 8th Ave. The property’s assessed value, according to the listing, is $3,071,250.
The 23-room hotel, which was completed in 2018, was listed for sale in June by Dallas-based CBRE. There is no firm asking price, according to operating partner and Fort Worth developer Trey Neville, who said he hopes the hotel will continue to be a Near Southside mainstay…
