3.25-Acre Development Site Near Fort Worth Stockyards Hits Market

Campana Realty has listed a 3.25-acre tract south of the Fort Worth Stockyards that could become one of the larger redevelopment opportunities near the historic district.

The property at 319 NE 23rd St. is located between Joe T. Garcia’s and Hotel Drover. Because the site lies outside the Stockyards historic district, developers would not be subject to the same design requirements that apply within the district.

The property is zoned K-Heavy Industrial, allowing for a range of potential uses, including retail, restaurant, hospitality, office, or mixed-use development.

“Development opportunities of this scale rarely come to market in and around the Fort Worth Stockyards,” said Wes Mugarian in a statement. “Sites that offer this combination of location, flexibility, and development potential are becoming increasingly difficult to find in established destination districts like the Stockyards.”…
