Trademark Property Company has formally completed The Vickery, cutting the ribbon on the 321-unit multifamily development in Fort Worth’s Near Southside.
The five-acre development at 700 W. Vickery Blvd. includes 307 apartments and 14 townhomes in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Trademark said the first residents began moving into the community in late 2025, and more than 200 residents now live there.
The completion marks the opening of the project’s remaining amenities, including a rooftop Sky Lounge overlooking downtown Fort Worth, pickleball courts, a central park, two dog parks, a fitness center, co-working space, swimming pool, hot and cold plunge tubs and electric vehicle charging stations. The development also includes a 5,358-square-foot restaurant space with a rooftop patio.
“The Vickery sets a new bar for residential living in Fort Worth,” said Chad A. Colley, multifamily and mixed-use partner at Trademark. “Bringing this project to fruition during one of the most challenging capital markets environments in recent memory underscores the strength of Trademark’s brand, the DFW market, and the enduring appeal of thoughtfully designed multifamily communities.”…
