Intoxicated driver causes crash with Fort Worth Police officers, officials say

FORT WORTH, Texas — An intoxicated driver caused a crash with Fort Worth police officers Thursday night, officials say.

According to officials, police were driving with lights and sirens through an intersection when a driver did not yield and caused a collision.

The driver of that vehicle was intoxicated, police say, and taken to a local hospital for treatment before being transported to the Tarrant County jail. Their name has not yet been released…
