The DFW Development Strategy for Happy Joe’s Pizza & Ice Cream

BB3 Hospitality Co. is led by the husband-and-wife team of Jeremy and Elizabeth Aune, who are seasoned entrepreneurs. For Jeremy, the partnership carries a deep personal connection since he grew up eating at the original locations in the Quad Cities where the brand got its start. Elizabeth’s enthusiasm for the opportunity grew through conversations with Tom Sacco, the President and Chief Happiness Officer at the company, whose passion for the legacy reinforced that this was the right fit for their family’s next business venture.

As Area Developers, the Aunes will oversee expansion efforts across four key counties in the region:

  • Collin County
  • Dallas County
  • Denton County
  • Tarrant County

The team also holds the ability to bring on additional franchisees within their assigned territory to help accelerate growth.
