Southlake is getting a new specialty butcher store that will carry gourmet food and fresh cuts of meat.
The New York Butcher Shoppe, a franchise that was first established in 1999, is opening its second Tarrant County store owned by married Colleyville couple Ruth and Bryson Nokes. The new store is expected to open around September 1.
