Hoping to restore one of the city’s crowning jewels to its former luster, Arlington and development partner Trademark Property are set to break ground Aug. 3 on Anthem, formerly known as Lincoln Square.
Fort Worth-based Trademark and Harrison Street Asset Management on Monday announced they have closed on financing and are now set to break ground on the redevelopment of the 43-year-old, 43-acre shopping center.
Completion is set for early 2028 and is expected to bring 404,000 square feet of retail, food & beverage, hospitality, entertainment and public spaces to the project.
