Michaels is expanding an experiential store model to a third location in Rogers, Arkansas, according to a Thursday press release. The first two locations were opened in Easton, Ohio, and Irving, Texas.
The refreshed store experience includes Michaels Knit & Sew Shop — first launched in 2025 after Michaels’ acquisition of Joann’s IP — now located prominently at the front of the store. Expanded framing and personalization services include newly added embroidery, engraving and made-to-order sticker options.
An updated Welcome Center at the front of the store includes staffers to greet customers and there is a dedicated queue for Michaels Rewards members to access self-checkouts…
