A portion of the Lone Star State might get some relief as rain enters the forecast, bringing with it the possibility of its first showers since July.
The National Weather Service’s (NWS) Fort Worth office flagged that this week’s forecast might just include a “rinse and repeat” cycle, courtesy of a potential burst of rain amid the ongoing hot and dry September weather. The mix includes a low chance — but not a 0% possibility — of isolated thunderstorms on Thursday, September 10, as a touch of reprieve against near-triple-digit temperatures, according to NWS.
