Concert Nights at the State Fair of Texas

The wait is almost over! The 2026 State Fair of Texas opens next Fri, Sep 25, and country music legend Clint Black is helping kick off 24 days of Texas-sized fun on Opening Night. Catch Clint Black live on the Chevrolet Main Stage in its NEW home inside the historic Fair Park Coliseum.

This year’s main stage lineup brings major throwbacks, Texas favorites, and plenty of reasons to make a Fair night out of it. Along with Clint Black, see regional favorites like Bowling for Soup, the Toadies, Tripping Daisy, and Josh Weathers, plus the likes of 3OH!3, Deep Blue Something, Gym Class Heroes, Paul Wall, and more on the Chevy Mainstage throughout this fair season. You’ll also want to be here on Mon, Oct 5 for Hear Fort Worth Day. The organization describes it as a day celebrating “the sounds of Funky Town,” featuring local artists Mollie Danel, Trevor Douglas, Brandon Marcel, and Matthew McNeal.

The fair also has three other stages. You can see Texas artists on the Bud Light Stage, including The Clinton Years, Kylie Frey, Los Texmaniacs, and Fort Worth’s own Tejas Brothers. New this year, the Ziegenbock Stage hosts a mix of local and regional acts, including North Texas favorites Carson Lewis, Terraplane Rounders, and a special appearance by the US Army 1st Cavalry Band. As for Dallas-centric acts, check out the White Claw Spotlight Stage lineup curated by the Dallas Music Office, including Macy Pearl, Dean, Ray, and Bishop Rising, plus Shea Ferrara, whose show occurs on Hear Fort Worth Day.
