FORT WORTH, Texas – A 53-year-old man with three previous felony convictions for assaulting the same woman has been sentenced to 35 years in prison after a Tarrant County jury found him guilty of violating a protective order.
Johnny Jones was convicted of violating a bond or protective order with two or more previous convictions, according to Tarrant County court records. His case was heard in the 371st District Court, and court records confirm the 35-year prison sentence.
