960 homes planned for development in this booming Fort Worth corridor

A master-planned residential development with more than 900 homes is planned in far north Fort Worth’s booming Bonds Ranch corridor.

Engineers for Green Brick Partners, a Plano-based home building company, have filed a preliminary plat with the city of Fort Worth for a 320-acre residential development called “Rivella” between Peden Road and Bonds Ranch road, west of North Saginaw Boulevard and east of Morris Dido Newark Road.

The development would include 960 homes, with 9.29 acres of parkland and 21.25 acres of commercial space…
