Two former detention officers were arrested last month after they were accused of using force against an inmate in custody at the Tarrant County Jail, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Anthony Avalos, 34, and Osiris Longo, 38, were arrested on Sept. 3 on suspicion of official oppression and assault causing bodily injury, according to Tarrant County court records.
