GEORGETOWN, Texas — A Fort Worth man has been charged with murder in connection with the death of a Georgetown man whose body was discovered beneath an I-35 overpass in February, according to an arrest affidavit.
Martin Randall, 35, was arrested Feb. 13 after Fort Worth police found him standing near a stolen Cadillac later linked to the killing.
