PRIM Construction has completed work on two North Texas automotive projects, including a new Acura dealership in Fort Worth and a Ford dealership in Gordon each reflecting distinct design approaches and construction scopes.
The Hiley Acura dealership, located on Loop 820 in Fort Worth, spans 37,000 square feet and was designed by Jim Stephenson and Scott Garland of VLK Architects. The facility includes a 15,000-square-foot showroom, 26 service bays and a fully automated car wash with detail bays. Worth Engineering provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services, while Flanagan Associates handled civil engineering.
