MCKINNEY, Texas – UT Arlington men’s golf is set to begin its postseason close to home, making the short trek up to McKinney for the 2026 Western Athletic Conference Men’s Golf Championship. UTA is one of seven teams competing in the tournament.
The Mavericks are coming off an 18th-place finish at the El Macero Classic in their regular-season finale. Despite a strong 4-over-par 292 in the first round that had UTA tied for fourth after day one, the Mavericks ultimately finished with a 44-over 908.
