Whole Foods Hoping to Open New Loudoun County Location

One of the top names in groceries has set its sights on Loudoun County. Whole Foods Market has filed papers to open in Sterling, bringing the area a shopping experience not to be missed, reports local media outlet The Burn.

Whole Foods is aiming to open at 46300 Potomac Run Plaza in the Potomac Run Plaza shopping center. The grocery market will be moving into approximately 31,800 square feet of the space that previously housed the Regency furniture store. The remaining 12,800 square feet will be turned into a separate unit for a yet-to-be-determined tenant.

Whole Foods is still in the early stages of development, so locals will likely need to exercise some patience regarding its opening. Renderings of the chain’s proposed Loudoun County development show that the market will be changing the building’s facade pretty dramatically, suggesting that the work required will be relatively extensive…
