Americans in Wartime Experience lawsuit against Hylton Foundation proceeding; next hearing expected in June

The National Museum of Americans in Wartime’s lawsuit against the Dale City-based Cecil and Irene Hylton Foundation is proceeding forward with no settlement in sight in the multimillion-dollar property dispute.

A discovery hearing is expected to take place in the coming weeks, InsideNoVa has learned, though attorneys could not say the exact date. An search of Prince William court records online could not pinpoint a date for the hearing.
