MANASSAS, Va. (DC News Now) — Officers in Manassas rescued a “very ‘well-done’ little dragon” who was cooking in the heat.
The Manassas City Police Department said in a post on Monday evening that one of its officers found a lizard on the asphalt.
The officer quickly took him to the shelter, where he “happily dunked his head in cool water and drank it right up like he’d been waiting all day for you.”
