A Woodbridge woman has been charged with disregarding a stop sign in a pedestrian collision that left a 78-year-old man dead.
On July 10 around 6:30 a.m., Prince William County police officers responded to the Occoquan Commuter Lot at 1325 Old Bridge Road in Woodbridge to investigate a crash involving a pedestrian, according to an incident report.
