BALTIMORE, Md. — Severe weather could hit portions of the Mid-Atlantic region Tuesday, with meteorologists warning of potential damaging winds and isolated flash flooding.
The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook Monday morning for the District of Columbia, central and southern Maryland, and parts of northern and central Virginia. The alert also covers key waterways, including portions of the Chesapeake Bay, the Tidal Potomac River, and the Patapsco River.
