An 18-year-old from Damascus in Montgomery County has been charged following a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred shortly before 4pm Monday on eastbound I-70 near Morgan Station Rd in Howard County.
According to a preliminary investigation, an Isuzu box truck and a Genesis G80 were traveling east when the Genesis struck the rear of the truck. The impact caused the box truck to lose control, strike a guardrail and overturn.
A passenger in the box truck, identified as 32-year-old Sakee Ali Davis of Havre de Grace, was pronounced dead at the scene. The truck’s driver, 21-year-old Noah Ensminger of Elkton, was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries…
