A former Delaware and Maryland police officer initially arrested on a single rape charge in May is now facing seven counts of second-degree rape following an indictment by a Delaware Superior Court grand jury.
William Paskey, 34, of Harrington, was indicted September 7, 2026, on seven counts of second-degree rape. The charges involve allegations concerning at least seven victims and conduct dating from 2014 through 2025.
According to investigators, multiple alleged incidents occurred after Paskey met women through dating apps. In some cases, Paskey allegedly invited the women to his residence in Felton, where the alleged sexual assaults occurred. The indictment expands a case that began with Paskey’s arrest on May 5.
