A 17-year-old was held without bail and an 18-year-old was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond Friday in connection with an armed robbery in the bathroom of Northwest High School during court proceedings Friday
“Handguns have become out of control,” Montgomery County District Judge Sherri Koch said Friday during the 17-year-old’s hearing in Rockville.
The 17-year-old was charged as an adult with handgun on person, possession of a regulated firearm by a person under the age of 21 and possession of a firearm without a serial number.
