FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — A person was taken to the hospital after they were rescued from a house fire in Fairfax County overnight.
The fire ignited in the 2100 block of Basset Street in the Fort Hunt area.
The Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department said crews were dispatched around 2:40 a.m. on April 14 after smoke was reported in the area.
