NEWBURG, Md. — A Virginia man is facing multiple charges after allegedly taking thousands of dollars for home improvement work in Charles County and failing to complete the job, according to court documents.
Ahmad Ayyad Odeh, 34, of Manassas, Virginia, has been charged by criminal summons in connection with an investigation into a home improvement project at a residence in the 12000 block of Riverview Drive in Newburg.
