A serious two-vehicle crash shut down Dickerson Rd./Rt. 28 Tuesday night, prompting a large emergency response from both Frederick and Montgomery counties and resulting in multiple trauma transports, including several by helicopter.
According to emergency officials, crews were dispatched around 8:02pm to the 6000 block of Dickerson Rd./Rt. 28, between Rt. 85 and Park Mills Rd., for a reported crash involving entrapment.
Officials say seven patients were involved in the crash. Two individuals were trapped inside vehicles and required extrication by rescue crews. Multiple agencies responded to the scene, including units from Frederick County and Montgomery County…
