Expanding juggernaut Van Leeuwen is preparing to reward the patience shown by Ashburn ice cream enthusiasts; the chain is showing indicators that the wait for its treats is nearly over, reports local media outlet The Burn.
Van Leeuwen is one of several businesses opening as part of the expansion of the sprawling One Loudoun shopping center, located at 20626 Easthampton Plaza. The scoop shop was initially announced in September of 2024. Construction has ramped up on Van Leeuwen’s new home and is nearly complete and official signage is up, suggesting delicious ice cream is nearly on One Loudoun’s menu.
