MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — Several passing motorists rescued a trapped driver after a serious crash along the Interstate 495 Beltway that left the vehicle fully covered in flames on Monday, according to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service officials.
Officials said the vehicle was involved in a single-vehicle collision on the Inner Loop near Exit 41 to Clara Barton Parkway at around 7:30 p.m.
