PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) – The man facing charges for the disappearance and murder of Gretchen Fleming has waived his extradition in North Carolina.
Court documents show that Preston Pierce submitted a waiver of extradition on Thursday, May 28. The extradition hearing was originally scheduled for Friday, June 5.
