MADISON COUNTY, N.C. (WSPA) — A joint law enforcement investigation has resulted in the arrest of three individuals on felony charges in connection with a death and child sexual abuse material.
The Madison County Sheriff’s Office announced that 35-year-old Joni Leann Massey and 39-year-old Jesse Nathan Minter face death by distribution charges, while Michael Scott Buckner is charged with statutory rape of a child 15 years of age or younger.
