CHEROKEE COUNTY, N.C. — Two people accused of running a drug trafficking operation spanning multiple North Carolina counties are now in custody in Buncombe County after a citizen reported them for suspect drug activity at an AirBnB.
The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office says they were already investigating Bobby Pastell and Viviane Cheeks for drug trafficking based on previous information they had been given.
