HENDERSONVILLE – Hendersonville restaurant Feta Flav is going back to its roots, returning to the Greek cuisine and the brewery scene where it got its start, at a new spot downtown.
Feta Flav began as a food truck in 2020, parking outside breweries all over Henderson and Transylvania counties: Burning Blush, Guidon, Whistle Hop, Ecusta Brewing and the Hub.
At the end of last year, squeezed by sharply rising prices for imported Greek ingredients like olive oil and feta cheese, Feta Flav closed and was reinvented as Tater Babies Scratch Kitchen, a Southern-style comfort food restaurant, the Times-News previously reported…
