YANCEY COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is hosting a hiring event on Thursday, July 23, for correctional officer positions in western North Carolina.
According to a NCDAC press release, Avery-Mitchell Correctional Institution and Mountain View Correctional Institution are holding the event at Yancey County NCWorks Career Center.
