Asheville’s Mountain State Fair concludes a successful 30th year

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) – After 10-event-packed days, Sunday marked the last night of the 30th N.C. Mountain State Fair. Asheville, N.C.’s Mountain State Fair (MST) serves as the official state fair for WNC, which celebrates “our people, agriculture, art and tradition,” according to their site. Sean McKeon, general manager of the Western North Carolina Agricultural Center and the MST, saidthe 30th MST will come close to last year’s attendance number, just over 146,000, despite the threat of inclement weather.
