BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — Robert Jackson, of Asheville, bought a $20 scratch-off and won a $2 million top prize, according to an NC Education Lottery news release.
Jackson bought his winning 100X The Cash ticket from the Food Lion on Smokey Park Highway in Candler.
