HENDERSON COUNTY, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – A North Carolina woman is charged in connection to two separate murders, including the poisoning death of her own daughter.
Gudrun Casper-Leinenkugel is accused of poisoning three people at a Thanksgiving dinner she hosted at her Henderson County home in 2025.
The most recent charges involve the poisoning death of one daughter and the attempted murder of another daughter and her daughter’s boyfriend.
