ASHEVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) — Two men are facing charges connected with trafficking fentanyl over the weekend.
Asheville police said 44-year-old Brandon Loyd Cox and 45-year-old Donnerell Tambre Underwood were arrested in west Asheville.
On Friday evening, Cox was arrested after officers arrested him for selling narcotics on Granada Street. During the arrest, officers found an amount of fentanyl consistent with trafficking on him, police said.
Underwood, who was wanted for a probation violation and failing to appear on a driving while impaired charge, was arrested on State Street on Sunday afternoon. During the arrest, officers found a firearm, fentanyl and cocaine on him, police said…
