Late-night blaze engulfs future Salvage Station site in River Arts District

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — A late-night fire tore through the future home of the iconic Salvage Station, leaving the fate of the beloved music venue uncertain just months after its relocation to River Arts District.

The building, located along the French Broad River, had been slated as the new home for Salvage Station after its original location was destroyed during Hurricane Helene. What was meant to be a fresh start for the longstanding venue has now been thrown into doubt as intense flames consumed the structure.
